What We're Looking For

At Sobel Scholars, we believe that great tutors are not just knowledgeable — they are passionate, patient, and genuinely invested in each student's success. We look for educators who share our commitment to personalized learning.

Bachelor's degree or higher (or currently enrolled in a degree program)

Strong subject matter expertise in your area(s) of tutoring

Experience working with K-12 or college students

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation or ability to tutor virtually

Passion for education and student success
